Dinner time...

Jolynn has recently learned how to feed herself with a spoon. It is so fun to watch her be such a big girl... but not fun cleaning up after her. She usually ends up with her hands in the food (much easier)! I have decided that she's gotta learn somehow, so I let her do it anyways.

Happy Halloween!!!

Yesterday, we went to Pumpkin Fest at Daddy's work and Jolynn dressed up in her Leopard costume. She also wore it over to the neighbor's to go Trick-or-Treating tonight!

The cutest Leopard we have EVER seen:

Jo Jo helping Daddy gut the pumpkins... She really did love it, even though the look on her face says otherwise:

Mommy's "Award Winning" Mickey Mouse Pumpkin:

Jolynn next to her personalized home grown pumpkin:

We had our own pumpkin patch at home, we got a total of 8 pumpkins!

We got a Pony!

Besides the cottage cheese on her face (one of her favorites!), can you tell what's different about Jolynn in this picture???

You guessed it... her hair is in a Pony Tail!!! Yippee!

Go Seahawks!

On Saturdays, Jolynn is a Husky Cheerleader. But, on Sundays, she is a Seahawks cheerleader!

That is her first pumpkin next to her, one of the many we grew in our backyard!

She wouldn't sit still for me to take her picture, luckily in this one she's watching Twilah!

This is the only way we could get one of her standing!

We are back...

Thanks to Ruben, who basically re-built our computer, we can now post pictures again. And we didn't lose any of them!

Here's what we've been up to the past few months:

Check out all my new toys:

Went on my first boat ride (it made me really sleepy):

I get to have milk products now, just not whole milk, and I love yogurt:

I am good at sharing my food:

We went to a couple weddings, so I got to dress up really pretty:

Hopefully we'll post pictures more frequently now that everything is working again!
Thanks again Uncle Ruben!

First trip to the Zoo!

Jolynn got to go to the zoo for the first time on Thursday. She absolutely LOVES animals and was so excited to see them all! Here are some pictures of our two hour visit (perfect amount of time for her):

Checking out the Zebras and Gazelles:

Her and my favorite, the Chimpanzees (she cried when we left them):

The "Baby" elephant, Samudra, who is now one year old and in that awkward teenage stage!

The Hippos lounging in the sun:

A wild animal that was just discovered:

Our Cheerleader...

Go Huskies!

So happy!

Touchdown!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doing a toe touch... Look for her on the sidelines of Husky Stadium in about 18 years!

Yeah, I finally downloaded pictures that haven't become corrupt!!!

Jolynn is now 8 months old, just barely starting to crawl. Has been saying "Dada" for awhile (not necessarily directed at Daddy though) and yesterday she was crying and wanted me to hold her, and low and behold... she said Mama!!! We have already had a busy summer and it is just getting busier. Jolynn is a great car rider (Thank God!) and will always laugh at her puppy and smile at the kitty! She has two teeth and is working on at least two more, so she's had some whiney tears lately too. Enjoy some long awaited pictures...

Jo Jo and Mommy:

A little girl with her BIG doggy (and even bigger because she learned how to feed him crackers!):

Snoozing before Daddy and Uncle Ruben leave for the Sounders game, she loved the scarf!

Hawaiian baby:

After a long day of celebrating, Grandpa Dave ran a 1/2 marathon and Aunt Lindsy finished her residency! Congrats to you both!!!

Water Baby

Jolynn and I started taking swimming lessons about two months ago at Daddy's work. We start back up tonight after a few week break. She loves the water and splashes like crazy! She doesn't even cry when I dunk her whole head under!!! While we were on our break, Daddy took her swimming... here's a picture of them in the water:
