Having Technical Difficulties...

Do not get excited... no new pictures!

With that said, I am writing this post to inform those of you who don't already know that all of our new pictures that we've taken are unfortunately corrupt! I'm not sure what is going on but once I upload the pictures from the camera to my computer, we are unable to view them or do anything with them! I have tried so many times but all that happens is I am X'ed out of internet explorer.

Here is what has been happening for the past two months (hopefully pictures will be to follow soon!):

* We had a fabulous Easter and Jolynn got to go on her first egg hunt. Although she didn't know what she was doing, she was nice enough to share her candy with mommy and daddy!!! She got to go to Grandma and Grandpa Sherman's church for the first time too!

* She has gone to two weddings this month. Congrats to Daddy's coworker, Jessica and her new husband Nate! and Congrats to Nathan and Angela Alanis!!! She did pretty well during both ceremonies and didn't steal the show.

* Jolynn and Mommy have started taking swim lessons two days a week and boy does she LOVE it!!!

* She is about 18 lbs and 26.5 inches tall. At her 6 month appointment she was in the 50th percentile for both height and weight. I guess babies really are supposed to have rolls!!!

* Yesterday she pulled herself up to standing position all by herself and she is just now starting to get herself up onto her knees. We are thinking she'll probably walk before she crawls... stay tuned!

That's about all I can think of for now...

Take care!!!

What Mom???

If Jolynn could talk, this was our conversation (with pictures to give you the visual) this morning:

Jolynn: Hey Mom, can I see your camera?
Mom: No, you are all messy!

Jolynn: What?
Mom: You have food all over your face and bib!

Jolynn: You are right... Look at that.

Jolynn: Here, I'll take care of that!

That's right, after every bite she would suck whatever fell onto the bib. Such a goofy girl she is growing to be!

The day has come...

Jolynn has officially ROLLED OVER... all by herself! Here's a video of her 4th time doing it this morning! Both Mom and Dad got to be home with her to see the first roll!

4 Months Old...

Thursday was Jolynn's 4 month Doctor visit. She weighs 13 lbs. 5 oz. and is 24.5 inches tall. She's in about the 50% for both height and weight. The Doctor gave us the go ahead to start feeding her rice cereal if we want since she is still eating every 2 hours. He said too that next month we can start her on other foods too. So, this morning she got her first rice cereal meal. She had fun and of course made a mess. Here are a few pictures for you to enjoy!!!

Two Months Old... already!!!

Two months have flown by, here are some pictures of the last couple weeks.

She usually uses a pacifier, but the past week she's been finding her fists, and this time she actually found her thumb!

We took a little trip over to Sunriver to visit Grandpa Jay, it snowed while we were there. Then we came home and it snowed here too!

Happy Girl!

Picking out her first Christmas tree... she slept the whole time!

My Best Friend

We always knew Skipper would be good to our baby... here's proof:
