Lilah Anne Sherman

Lilah was born on Sunday, August 15, 2010 at 4:56 AM. She weighed 6 lbs, 10 oz and was 19 inches long. Lilah looks a lot like her big sister with a narrower face and strawberry blonde hair! Here are some pictures from the hospital... more pictures from the last week to follow.

30 Weeks... (no comparison pictures this week)

Sorry, I haven't been feeling like taking any comparison pictures. So, we missed the 27 week one. Here are a couple of me at 30 weeks just for the heck of it. I'm starting to realize that my hair is never done in the pictures like it was last time... the life of a mom!

Last Thursday, the 6th, we went to San Francisco for four days to visit our friend Tahnee and meet her Fiance, Necip! We had such a great time and can't wait to go back next year for the wedding. This was Jo Jo's first plane ride and she did great! She slept the whole way down there and was very content watching movies and looking out the window on the way home. Here are some pictures from the trip:

19 Weeks...

16 weeks...

Most of you already know, but Jolynn is going to be a big sister! My "official" due date is August 24th. So, I am 18 weeks and we decided that we are going to have it be a surprise again. I am going to take pictures at the same weekly intervals I did with Jolynn and wearing the same clothes, so we can see just how much bigger I am this time around. I had always heard how much faster you grow with the second but now I can really believe it!

Again... Sorry it's been so long!

Well, Jolynn is 16 months now and running around. She is starting to talk more and has several words that she says regularly. She loves to yell "HI" to get people to look at her. Daddy is teaching her manners and she will shake hands when you say "Nice to meet you". And she is really into tickling people and saying tickle, tickle, tickle. Here are some pictures that go back to Christmas... sorry it took so long!



We went to 'Evening with Santa' at Daddy's work. Jolynn got to wear her pretty Christmas dress and we tried having her picture taken with Santa:

And, now that it's getting sunny outside, Jolynn LOVES the outdoors. She digs in the barrel out front at any opportunity! (Check it out... she can even wear ponytails!)

Dinner time...

Jolynn has recently learned how to feed herself with a spoon. It is so fun to watch her be such a big girl... but not fun cleaning up after her. She usually ends up with her hands in the food (much easier)! I have decided that she's gotta learn somehow, so I let her do it anyways.

Yesterday, we went to Pumpkin Fest at Daddy's work and Jolynn dressed up in her Leopard costume. She also wore it over to the neighbor's to go Trick-or-Treating tonight!
