Growing Girls!

Our girls are growing up so quickly! Jolynn is now 2 (26.5 months) and Lilah is 4.5 months old. On December 8th, Jolynn and Lilah's first cousin, Hannah, was born! We got to go to the hospital the next day and meet her. We have been lucky enough to see her several times since then. Here are some pictures from the past month...

I held off my desire to put Lilah in Jolynn's baby stroller (for fear she would want to do it all the time). How cute are these two sisters!?!?

Jo had an exhausting Christmas celebration with all her extended cousins, she crashed the next day with her new Pillow Pet (Thank you Auntie Glynis!) and new sleeping bag (Thanks Pa Mick and Grandma Robi!):

Lilah went swimming for the first time. She was so relaxed in the water, just like her big sister!

On Christmas day we went and saw Yogi Bear. Jolynn insisted she hold the bucket of popcorn, just her size!

The day after Christmas Lilah tried rice cereal for the first time. She absolutely LOVED it! We have since given her apples and sweet potatoes, which have not been a problem for her.

6 weeks old... a big girl already!

Jolynn's New Bed...

Last night we got to pick up Jo Jo's new Big Girl Bed!!! She did really well sleeping in it last night. She seemed a little hesitant, but we acted like it was no problem and she fell asleep right away! We still need to get her a comforter, but we did pick up some cute flower sheets that are quite girly!

Smiley Girl...

I attempted to get a picture of Lilah smiling this morning. She wakes up a pretty happy girl in the morning, so I figured ths would be the perfect opportunity. I love how she smiles so much more than Jolynn did at this age. Well, I soon figured out that you need two people to get such a picture! One to make her smile and the other to take the picture. When you do it by yourself, she stares at the camera wondering what the heck it is!
